How and when will my download / product be delivered?

  1. DOWNLOADS: After receiving confirmation of your payment and your order, we will use your email address (automatically indicated during the order) to send you the download links for your product. We usually send you the link on the day of purchase (it varies from one to three business days).
  2. PRODUCT: All products on shop are guaranteed to be delivered within 60 days (90 days for deliveries to Russia, 120 days for deliveries to Brazil). If you buy a product via the site, you are protected if you do not receive your order on time.

How can I apply a promotional code to my order?

At the bottom of the page of your shopping cart, you will find a section called “Apply coupon”. Enter your code, and you will see the change to your order on your payment page.

Puis-je envoyer ma commande en cadeau?

You can! You can! Please note in the Special Note Instructions field (on the page of your shopping cart) that you want your order to be sent to another email address as an order. You can include a gift message and we will include it in our email.

How can I see what's in my basket?

Can I request a refund or exchange a product after purchase?

  1. Due to the nature of the downloadable content, this option is not available because there is no certification that the product will not be used.
  2. Items must be returned intact and complete in their original packaging (with labels bearing their references), accompanied by the delivery note, within 7 days. The process can take up to 24 hours, but your bank may take up to 10 days to complete, depending on your bank’s policies. During these ten days, the license is then deleted from your order history and invalidated. After receipt of your package. The shipping costs related to the return are at your expense. In the case of an exchange order, a justification by photo may be requested.

How long are the video training sessions?

Our courses vary from 2 to 5 hours and each course is composed of several lessons of 5 to 25 minutes. Some classes may have longer lessons.

What type of device / browser do I need for video training?

You can display the courses on any Internet-connected device, on any modern browser.

Can I download the videos?

No, videos are not downloadable – but they are available in your account at any time, ready to be viewed (and reviewed) at any time.

Is there a limit to the number of times I can watch my video training?

You can watch video courses in the classroom as many times as you like, as long as you have subscribed to the Unlimited Access program.

How do I get into my movie?

We open for submissions after the current season opening season on July 1st (approximately August #st) until the deadline on May #st.

Why is the festival only online? Can't we go to a place?

The team talked about organizing the event on a site, but it was decided that we wouldn’t do it, because we wanted the Festival to remain true to its name – International and online, which means that no matter where you are in the world, you can see it.

Who are the judges? Can we get their names?

  1. The judges are composed of a team of staff and industry professionals. Each category is judged by three judges in the category concerned, and the final decision on the video clips is made by the audience – you!
  2. We leave it to the discretion of the judges to announce whether they are participating as judges in the festival of years in particular – we do not disclose this information because of their private lives.
